Geneva Elevator has no waiting lists and a ‘single door’ policy.
Geneva Elevator are proud to offer a range of services for people living with disabilities. Best of all, our employment service is totally free of charge.
If you have a disability, we know that career-hunting can be daunting. We also know that paid employment can make an amazing difference to your life; helping you become more positive, motivated and above all, more confident.
That's why we do everything we can to make the whole process as easy as possible. We operate what we call a 'single door' process to ensure that each candidate has far more choice.
All candidates meet one of our experienced Specialists who will interview you, then help you come up with your own, personalised career plan. This might not be in paid employment, but might involve further training.
We work closely with you to select the ideal position, so that you can settle quickly and easily into your new role and environment.
We will help you through every step of the employment process, right down to providing continued support for as long as you need it.
